Research Grants

In the past 3 years (2012-2016), I have been involved in a $26M project for active living for elderly. I am a principal investigator of two projects out of the six projects.  

In the earlier 2 years (2007-2009), I have been involved in three projects at $4.59M in total. I am a co-principal investigator for the three research grants: 

1. The largest NRF-MOE-IDM grant ($1.69M) awarded in 2008.
2. The largest NRF-MOE-IDM grant ($1.2M) awarded in 2007.
3. The largest NRF-MDA-IDM grants ($1.7M) awarded in 2008.

These projects are multidisciplinary projects in intelligent interactive media and design that involve multiple schools at NTU. Among all the above grant proposals, I am one of the main authors and a number of key technologies are based on my PhD work in AI, agent and agent mediated interactive media.
